A lovely detached villa, sleeps 6, just a few minutes' walk from the seafront and the village square.

Pool passes are provided allowing clients the use of the lovely seafront pool at the nearby four star Hotel S'Algar.

The villa is reached from a quiet access road, and has its own private drive with ample space for parking.

The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, with bathroom with three-quarter size bath, large cloakroom with washer/dryer, and separate large shower room. One of the twin-bedded rooms has smaller size mattresses and the owner suggests would only be suitable for children under the age of ten.

The open-plan living area is on the first floor, with light and airy sitting room and patio doors leading onto roof terrace approx 12' x 15'. Triple-aspect dining room has two double patio doors which open fully onto second roof terrace with lovely sea views. Fully equipped kitchen, all electric.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices are per week and for the property only, NOT per person, and are based on six people sharing.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed weekly. If you require cleaning help during your stay our property managers can arrange this for you at a small extra charge and you can pay them direct during your holiday.

Reservations are normally Friday-Friday but can be flexible. Arrival at the villa any time from 12 noon. Please vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure, to enable the cleaners to prepare it for the guests following you.

The (non-refundable) deposit of £50 per person is payable on reservation, with the balance due 12 weeks before your holiday commences. We can offer advice regarding flights or car hire if you require it. Full terms and conditions will be supplied together with the booking form.
