 A lovely detached villa in the 'garden area' of S'Algar, with beautiful sea views from its roof terrace and some from its private garden and patio.

 Lounge area with TV (not satellite) and stereo, dining table and chairs, and a small study area with a desk. Double patio doors lead out onto the patio and garden. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, all electric. Washing machine is situated in ensuite bathroom.

 Sleeps four, but could accommodate five using a put-up bed in the study area. Until April 2008 the villa has been the owners' permanent home, and it is very comfortably furnished.

 The villa is reached via a small path from a quiet one-way road, where there is ample space for parking.

 Pool passes are provided allowing clients the use of the lovely seafront pool at the four star Hotel S'Algar.

 This villa is situated next to Property Ref: 0108, and would be ideal for two families wishing to holiday together but retain some independence.

PLEASE NOTE:    Prices are per week and for the property only, NOT per person, and are based on four people sharing.  For parties of five people there is an additional charge of £50 per week.  Although normal occupancy for the villa would be up to four people, it can accommodate five, using a put-up bed in the study area.  
  Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed weekly.  If you require cleaning help during your stay our property managers can arrange this for you at a small extra charge and you can pay them direct during your holiday.
  Reservations are normally Friday-Friday but can be flexible.  Arrival at the villa any time from 12 noon.  Please vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure, to enable the cleaners to prepare it for the guests following you.
  The (non-refundable) deposit of £50 per person is payable on reservation, with the balance due 12 weeks before your holiday commences.  We can offer advice regarding flights or car hire if you require it.  Full terms and conditions will be supplied together with the booking form.
