  A pretty terraced villa with beautiful sea views and small private garden. Sleeps four.  Large shared pool with sectioned-off shallow area for small children. The pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with sunbathing terraces overlooking the sea.

  Lounge and dining area with tv (not satellite), separate DVD and stereo system. Sliding windows onto front patio area and small private garden, with lovely sea views. There is also a small rear garden, with access from patio doors leading from the main bedroom.

The villa has its own parking space on a quiet one-way road, and is reached by a stepped path.

  Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed weekly.  If you require cleaning help during your stay our property managers can arrange this for you at a small extra charge and you can pay them direct during your holiday.
PLEASE NOTE:    Prices are per week and for the property only, NOT per person, and are based on four people sharing.
  Reservations are normally Friday-Friday but can be flexible.  Arrival at the villa any time from 12 noon.  Please vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure, to enable the cleaners to prepare it for the guests following you.
  The (non-refundable) deposit of £50 per person is payable on reservation, with the balance due 12 weeks before your holiday commences.  We can offer advice regarding flights or car hire if you require it.  Full terms and conditions will be supplied together with the booking form.
