A modern and luxurious detached villa, with spectacular sea views, swimming pool and sunbathing terraces, and private garden.

Sleeps seven (four bedrooms, all with sea views). Two bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath, and one shower room.

Large living and dining area, with Sky TV and stereo system, and sliding patio doors opening on to large terrace with superb views over the garden to the sea. Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine, and another table and chairs. Sliding doors lead on to the terrace and the fantastic sea views.

Door from living area leads on to second hallway and the three downstairs bedrooms (one with king-size bed, one twin and one single). Master bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool bath leads from another door and can be separated as a master suite. The downstairs bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and patio or sliding doors leading on to the terraces and pool, and all have sea views.

Open stairway from living area leads up to open and bright loft-style twin bedroom, with sliding doors opening onto private balcony and the same fantastic views. Chest of drawers and clothes rail. This bedroom is not suitable for small children due to the open stairway and bannisters.

The villa has a large driveway and private parking area, and is reached from a quiet access road.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices are per week and for the property only, NOT per person, and are based on seven people sharing.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed weekly. If you require cleaning help during your stay our property managers can arrange this for you at a small extra charge and you can pay them direct during your holiday.

Reservations are normally Friday-Friday but can be flexible. Arrival at the villa any time from 12 noon. Please vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure, to enable the cleaners to prepare it for the guests following you.

The (non-refundable) deposit of £50 per person is payable on reservation, with the balance due 12 weeks before your holiday commences. We can offer advice regarding flights or car hire if you require it. Full terms and conditions will be supplied together with the booking form.
