 A pretty detached villa in the 'garden area' of S'Algar, with beautiful sea views from its roof terrace and some from its private garden and large patio area.  Sleeps four, but could accommodate six using the double sofa bed in the lounge.

 Newly fitted modern kitchen and bathroom, both with double glazed windows, and a separate utility room with washing machine.  Lounge area with satellite TV with Freeview stations, DVD player, extendable dining table and double patio doors leading out onto the large patio and garden.

 The villa is reached via a small path from a quiet one-way road, where there is ample space for parking.
 
 Pool passes are provided allowing clients the use of the lovely seafront pool at the four star Hotel S'Algar.

PLEASE NOTE:    Prices are per week and for the property only, NOT per person, and are based on four people sharing.  For parties of over four people there is an additional charge of £50 per person per week.  Although normal occupancy for the villa would be up to four people, it can accommodate up to six, using the full-size double sofa bed in the lounge.  
  Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed weekly.  If you require cleaning help during your stay our property managers can arrange this for you at a small extra charge and you can pay them direct during your holiday.
 Reservations are normally Friday-Friday but can be flexible.  Arrival at the villa any time from 12 noon.  Please vacate the villa by 10.00 a.m. on the day of your departure, to enable the cleaners to prepare it for the guests following you.
  The (non-refundable) deposit of £50 per person is payable on reservation, with the balance due 12 weeks before your holiday commences.  We can offer advice regarding flights or car hire if you require it.  Full terms and conditions will be supplied together with the booking form.
